General Hotel Policy

• Changes to the stay can be made and are subject to room availability (depending on each hotel’s terms and conditions).
• Room reservation modifications are not allowed during the peak tourist season.
• Reducing the number of rooms or shortening the stay period is non-refundable.
• Cancellation before check-in will receive a full refund after deducting applicable fees, or if cancellation is made for 1 night (depending on each hotel’s terms and conditions).
• No-show without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
• Please carefully review the promotion details, as some promotions do not allow changes or cancellations.
• Room reservations must be paid in full after the booking is confirmed.
• Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed via email or contact form.

Guest Policy

• Two adults are allowed to stay.
• Three adults are allowed to stay, but an extra bed should be requested.
• In the case of 2 adults and 2 children staying together, guests must inform the hotel in advance. Additional charges may apply.

Children Policy

• The hotel welcomes children. Children are defined as guests aged 12 years old or younger.
• Infants under 2 years old stay free when sharing a bed with parents, including 1 breakfast set.
• Children aged 2-12 years old: The first child can share a bed with parents and receive 1 breakfast set. The second child requires an extra bed at the regular rate.

Extra Bed Policy

• A maximum of 1 extra bed is available per room.
• The hotel may provide a day bed as an extra bed and additional charges for the extra bed with breakfast will be applied before check-in.

Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed in the hotel under any circumstances. If this policy is violated, the hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty (depending on each hotel’s terms and conditions).

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is not allowed inside guest rooms. If this policy is violated, the hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty (depending on each hotel’s terms and conditions).

Noise Policy

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation service if guests create excessive noise that disturbs other guests and will not provide a refund for the room charge.

Cooking Policy

• Cooking is not allowed in guest rooms unless the accommodation specifically provides a cooking facility or cooking policy.
