This is the largest type of bed commonly found in hotels. It can accommodate 2 guests and usually measures 6 feet in width, although some hotels may offer beds up to 7 feet wide.

Queen Size Beds are commonly found in rooms that are not very large, as they are more common than King Size Beds. They can also accommodate 2 guests but are smaller than King Size Beds.

Suitable for 2 people sharing the same bed, this type of bed is commonly used by couples or married couples. It usually comes with only one blanket and is twice the size of a Single bed.

This room type is usually chosen by families or groups of 3 or more people. It may include 1 large single bed and 2 smaller beds, 1 large bed and 1 smaller bed, or sometimes beds of the same size.
Suitable for guests who prefer separate beds. This type is popular among people traveling together and can accommodate 2 guests. Twin rooms are also commonly used for families with two children or guests who prefer sleeping separately. They consist of two single beds, usually 3.5 feet wide each, which is why they are called “twin beds.”

Single bed
Usually designed for single occupancy, hotels often refer to rooms with this type of bed as Single Rooms. However, this room type is less commonly used nowadays.

An Extra bed is an additional bed provided when the number of guests exceeds the standard room capacity.
